If you are our customer, subscriber, or website visitor, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for their protection and security. We are Taclu s.r.o., ID No. 17419107, located at Marty Krásové 920/4, Čakovice, 196 00 Prague 9, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague under file number C 371112. We process your personal data as the controller, i.e., we determine how personal data will be processed, for what purpose, for how long, and select any other processors who will assist us with processing.

We declare that as the controller of your personal data, we meet all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, especially the personal data protection law and GDPR, and therefore:

• we will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, namely legitimate interest, contract fulfillment, legal obligation, or given consent,
• we fulfill the information obligation according to GDPR Article 13 before beginning data processing,
• we will enable and support you in exercising your rights according to the personal data protection law and GDPR.

Scope of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

We process personal data that you provide to us for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes): service provision

We record your personal data in the internal customer information system Tartaros Club in the following scope:

Username, First and Last Name – data necessary for customer identification Phone Number – data necessary for resolving potential issues Email – data necessary for system login and event registration Event registration history – data necessary for our internal records

We archive data for 10 years.

Marketing – Sending Newsletters

We use your email address, what you click on in the email, and when you most often open emails for the purpose of direct marketing – sending commercial communications. We send newsletters only with your consent, for 5 years from granting. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in each sent email.

Only with your consent, we may also send you inspiring offers from third parties or use your email address for remarketing and targeted advertising on Facebook, for 5 years from the consent. This can be revoked at any time through our contact details.

Photographic Documentation

We publish photos from our events, which we organize under the Tartaros Club brand, on our websites, social media profiles, newsletters, and other promotional materials within the scope of a journalistic license guaranteed by the Civil Code. We naturally select only appropriate photos for publication. If you still have a justified objection to their publication, write to us at info@tartarosclub.cz.

We respect the privacy and nature of photos, which are very sensitive in terms of publication; we never take photos outside designated areas or without the knowledge of visitors.

We always enter into a written agreement with performers at our events, where they expressly consent to the publication of photos and indefinite archiving of photos.

Analytical Statistics

We use the Matomo analytical tool, which does not require consent for cookies as it does not collect them. Data are anonymous and not used by other parties.

Refusal of Any Tracking

Opt-out complete; your visits to this website will not be recorded by the Web Analytics tool. Note that if you clear your cookies, delete the opt-out cookie, or if you change computers or Web browsers, you will need to perform the opt-out procedure again.

You may choose to prevent this website from aggregating and analyzing the actions you take here. Doing so will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.

Security and Protection of Personal Data

We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures that prevent misuse, damage, or destruction of your personal data.

Our employees and collaborators have access to your personal data.

To ensure specific processing operations that we cannot manage on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect data even better than us and specialize in the given processing.

It is possible that in the future we will decide to use additional applications or processors to facilitate and improve processing. However, we promise you that in such a case, when selecting, we will place at least the same demands on the security and quality of processing as on ourselves.

Data Transfer outside the European Union

All processing of personal data will be conducted within the EU.
